CSquare shall keep all information provided by client in the course of fulfilling the agreement strictly confidential and shall not disclose such information to any third party other than “the candidates”. The foregoing shall not apply to any information that is publicly available when provided or which is required to be disclosed by applicable law or any authority. This confidentiality obligations shall apply 1 (one) year after termination of any arrangement between the parties.
Any disclosure, copying, distribution or use either whole or partial of any contents emailed to you, is strictly prohibited except with formal approval. Disregarding this, will as a result hold you wholly accountable for any damages or costs incurred due under this policy, distributor agrees to reimburse CSquare for all monetary consequences, including attorney fees.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 16. In the case we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

You understand and acknowledge that, during any conversation, CSquare Recruitment may disclose to you certain information that CSquare consider confidential and/or proprietary (“Confidential Information”). Confidential Information includes without limitation: (a) customer lists; (b) customer data; (c) pricing, cost data, and price lists; (d) supplier, vendor and distributor information; (e) product designs, blueprints, specifications and development strategies; (f) trade dress and secrets; (g) promotional and marketing plans or techniques; (h) business or product strategies or plans; and (i) any other information of a confidential or proprietary nature or of a type ordinarily considered confidential and proprietary concerning CSquare Recruitment. Confidential Information also includes the name of the CSquare representative whom you are working with.
You agree to protect the Confidential Information and to keep such Confidential Information strictly confidential. Such Confidential Information shall not be used by you in any way. For the avoidance of doubt, You may not, directly or indirectly, disclose Confidential Information to any third party and/or entity by any means whatsoever. Your confidentiality obligations shall remain in effect even after the interaction concludes, whether we enter a working agreement or not.
You acknowledge that damages for improper disclosure of Confidential Information may be inadequate to remedy such disclosure; therefore, CSquare Recruitment is entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief, in addition to all other remedies, and you agree not to object to the propriety of equitable relief for any violation of this Agreement. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of Florida for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement. Any CSquare client is an intended third-party beneficiary of this Agreement with standing to enforce it. You agreed to defend and indemnify CSquare Recruitment, LLC. against any claim, loss or liability arising out of or relating to any alleged breach or violation of your confidentiality obligations under this Agreement or otherwise.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
